SIIA National Conference 2022

Exclusive Behavioral Health was pleased to attend the Self Insurance Institute of America’s National Conference, this past week. Visiting with self funded employers and member advocacy groups, it was made clear to all the need for more robust mental and behavioral health services and options.

As a growing leader in this field, Exclusive Behavioral Health had the opportunity to engage with plan designers, insurers and re-insurers, to make clear the possibilities that exist when our programs are added to a previously existing benefits package. 2022 has been a year of tremendous growth for us and for our residential treatment partners all over the country, and this growth allows us to assist more members than ever before.

The need for behavioral and mental health services is a rising topic in the field of insurance and was a hot topic at the conference. Many self funded employers and their insurance brokers would like to offer more substantial resources for their members but aren’t sure how they can accomplish such a task. As we made clear at the conference, our programs are hassle free additions that do not require enrollment to be added to a plan.

As the conference and this year comes to close, it was made clear that groups that wait for re-enrollment are missing out on those programs that can assist their employees and members. We hope that those in attendance and those interested in such services will take this opportunity to explore how these programs can be put to work assisting those in need of these resources.
